Terms of use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Purpose
These terms of use set out the conditions for accessing and using the deliverycar.com website, published by DELIVERY CAR, whose details appear in the legal notice.
They do not govern Delivery Car’s services (vehicle delivery, storage and transport), nor the use of the client area or the driver app, which are subject to specific terms and contracts.
Acceptance of the terms
Accessing and using the website implies full acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Access to the website
The website is available free of charge to any user with internet access. Connection and equipment costs are borne by the user.
DELIVERY CAR strives to keep the website available at all times, without any obligation of result. Access may be suspended, in particular for maintenance or updates or in the event of force majeure, without giving rise to any compensation.
Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, images, videos, logos, the Delivery Car brand, graphic elements and code) is protected by intellectual property law. DELIVERY CAR grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to browsing the website.
Any reproduction, distribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos displayed as references remain the property of their owners.
Use of the forms
The website offers a contact form and an application form. By using them, you agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information that concerns you or that you are authorised to share;
- only attach genuine documents that belong to you and are free of viruses or malicious code;
- not send sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) that is not necessary for your request.
Sending a contact or quote request does not constitute an order and does not bind DELIVERY CAR. Sending an application to join the network of independent service providers does not commit DELIVERY CAR to offer any assignments: service providers carry out their activity fully independently, under a service agreement.
Prohibited conduct
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to access it fraudulently or circumvent its protections, including bot protection;
- extract the content of the website in an automated or large-scale manner;
- send unlawful, defamatory, abusive, unsolicited advertising or malicious content;
- impersonate a person or a company, or submit fictitious requests;
- use the website for purposes contrary to the law or to these terms of use.
DELIVERY CAR reserves the right to block access to the website or to delete any request in the event of a breach, without prejudice to legal action.
Liability
The information published on the website is provided for guidance only. DELIVERY CAR cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website, for service interruptions, or for damage caused to the user’s equipment. Users remain responsible for their equipment, their connection and the protection of their data.
External links
The website may link to third-party websites, in particular app stores or social networks. DELIVERY CAR does not control their content and accepts no liability for them. Their use is subject to their own terms.
Personal data
Personal data collected on the website are processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which also describes the use of cookies and how to exercise your rights.
Changes to the terms
DELIVERY CAR may amend these terms of use at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of DELIVERY CAR, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers, who may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
