2 — Final delivery confirmation
Date, time slot and handover location are confirmed with the recipient before departure. You know exactly when and where your vehicle will be delivered.

Delivery Car plans and coordinates the logistics of your vehicles across France (delivery, storage, truck transport), through a network of independent drivers selected for their professionalism. Whether you are a dealership, a distributor or a rental company, we handle the logistics of your deliveries, returns and inter-site transfers, so you can focus on your core business. Beyond vehicle delivery, we also offer additional services tailored to your needs: vehicle storage, car carrier transport for large volumes or long distances, and cosmetic preparation before delivery or return to the dealership.
Every request is assigned to a driver within 24 hours. The date, time slot and handover location are then confirmed with the recipient, who is notified automatically, before departure: you know exactly when your vehicle will be delivered, and you follow every step from your client account.
A time-stamped, tamper-proof photo inspection is carried out at pickup and delivery, with mileage and signatures. Every vehicle entrusted to us is covered by our comprehensive insurance, from pickup to key handover. For vehicles whose value depends on the odometer, car carrier transport adds zero miles.
Our drivers are independent providers who have held a category B licence for more than 2 years. Before any mission, the Delivery Car team checks their documents: ID, driving licence, criminal record extract, company registration, professional liability insurance and social security compliance certificate, verified on entry and renewed when they expire. The steps to join the network are detailed on the Become a driver page.

We handle vehicles that can be driven with a category B licence: city cars, saloons, SUVs, electric vehicles and vans up to 3.5 t. For large volumes, long distances or vehicles that shouldn’t be driven, car carrier transport moves up to 10 vehicles at once, without adding a single mile to the odometer.
As soon as a mission starts, you can follow it from your client portal. You are kept informed at every key stage (vehicle pickup, departure, arrival and delivery), with a tamper-proof photo inspection report at each checkpoint. On delivery, a full report is sent to you instantly: photos, time stamps, signature and administrative documents.
Every vehicle entrusted to us is covered by our comprehensive insurance, from pickup to key handover, even if it is already insured on your side. The time-stamped photo inspection carried out at pickup and delivery serves as proof of the damage. The claim is handled immediately by your Delivery Car contact: there is nothing for you to do.
Our nationwide network handles urgent requests 7 days a week. For same-day or next-day delivery, place your order from your client account or call your dedicated contact directly: they will quickly confirm feasibility and the time slot. An express surcharge may apply when delivery is scheduled within one business day.
